COMETS
VRDL Comets is our C Team representative squad, created to provide more opportunities for skaters to experience representative roller derby and interstate competition. Previously known as the Notorious V.I.C.s, the team continues that legacy while operating under the Comets identity within VRDL.
About the team
Comets forms an important part of VRDL's competitive pathway, giving emerging representative skaters the opportunity to develop their skills, confidence, and game experience in a supportive but challenging environment. Through tournament play, sanctioned games, and structured development opportunities, Comets focuses on building strong fundamentals, strategic gameplay, and cohesive teamwork. The team represents the next step in the VRDL pathway and plays a key role in developing the league’s future representative athletes.
