Booking Conditions

Bookings require agreement to VRDL Venue Hire Terms and Conditions prior to confirmation.

Insurance required for independent hire groups

Staff support required for uninsured bookings

Bookings must be paid 7 days in advance (or at time of booking for late bookings)
Cancellations

7+ days notice: full refund

3–7 days: 50% fee applies

Less than 3 days: no refund
