Skate Fit

Learn to skate and fitness classes for ages 16+

Overview

Skate Fit is a skating program focused on learning fundamental skate skills while building fitness, strength, and endurance. Suitable for all levels, it combines skill-based skating drills with conditioning to develop technique, balance, and confidence on skates. Whether you're new to skating or returning after time away, Skate Fit offers a low-pressure, high-energy environment to learn key skating skills first, while also improving overall fitness, getting moving, and having fun on skates.

Who is this for
  • Ages 16+ All genders welcome 

  • Beginners with no skating experience 

  • Returning skaters building confidence and fitness 

  • People looking for a fun, social fitness activity

What you'll do
  • Participate in skating-based fitness drills 

  • Build strength, endurance, and agility 

  • Practice skating fundamentals in a structured session 

  • Improve balance and overall skating confidence 

  • Engage in fun, social group training

When
  • 6:30 - 8:00pm 

  • Mondays (weekly session) 

  • Runs continuously across the year (excluding breaks) 

  • Flexible entry at any time

Cost

$120 per term + insurance fee
