Overview
Skate Fit is a skating program focused on learning fundamental skate skills while building fitness, strength, and endurance. Suitable for all levels, it combines skill-based skating drills with conditioning to develop technique, balance, and confidence on skates. Whether you're new to skating or returning after time away, Skate Fit offers a low-pressure, high-energy environment to learn key skating skills first, while also improving overall fitness, getting moving, and having fun on skates.

What you'll do
Participate in skating-based fitness drills
Build strength, endurance, and agility
Practice skating fundamentals in a structured session
Improve balance and overall skating confidence
Engage in fun, social group training

6:30 - 8:00pm
Mondays (weekly session)
Runs continuously across the year (excluding breaks)
Flexible entry at any time
Cost
$120 per term + insurance fee
